"Joan Caddell, who runs a West Shore-based law firm, has bounced between gigs when she performs with her Midnight Choir and the negotiating table, and says it's the perfect way to have her two passions coexist."
"With an emphasis on powerful vocals and harmony, the band interprets Caddell's original tunes with a unique blend of pop, Americana and rock with a bunch of country thrown in for good measure."
"'It was late spring of 2008 when Jim first approached me to talk about creating a folk festival in the little park with the cute gazebo,' says lawyer-by-day, folk-rocker-by-night Joan Caddell, aka the hardest working woman in S.I. showbiz. 'I must admit I thought he was crazy ... but soon he had me completely sucked into the whole "Let's put on a SHOW!" mentality.'"
"Go behind the scenes with Ultimate Battle crowd favorite, and Staten Island Battle of the Boroughs representative, Joan Caddell & The Midnight Choir."
"There's no question this folk-rocker -- who by daylight runs her own law firm -- epitomizes female empowerment in melodic form, so her win is no surprise."
"After years of laying down the law, S.I. native Joan Caddell finally gets 'Naked.'"
